COLD SHEAR

This is a fixed type shear which is used to cut the finished bar and also bar length as per marketable lot and is placed in the cooling bed. Heavy Duty (4 Gear) Open Type Bar Shearing Machine complete with all necessary parts & fittings without electrical goods.

The Machine is suitable for cutting Rods/Bar as specified below:

Recommended Motor              :           40 H.P. at 960 R.P.M.

The following Rod can be cut at a time.

                                   8mm      -    55 Pcs. at a time

                                 10mm     -    45 Pcs. at a time.

                                 12mm     -    35 Pcs. at a time

                                 16mm     -    25 Pcs. at a time.

                                 20mm     -    15 Pcs. at a time.

                                 25mm     -    10 Pcs. at a time.

                                 32mm     -      6 Pcs. at a time.
